Pleasant Holidays has rolled out a refreshed brand identity alongside technology upgrades and service enhancements designed to better support travel advisors and streamline the booking process.
At the center of the update is a redesigned, re-engineered advisor portal at pleasantadvisor.com, which the company says prioritizes both aesthetics and usability. The relaunch is supported by a new logo and a “Benefits That Deliver” campaign highlighting the advantages of working with Pleasant Holidays.
What’s New on pleasantadvisor.com
The updated site features a cleaner design and a new navigation structure intended to help advisors find and book offers more efficiently. A key enhancement is the ability to see applicable promotions directly within individual hotel listings, as well as on destination pages. Once selected, offers remain visible throughout the booking flow, giving advisors and their clients clarity that the correct promotion is being applied.
Pleasant Holidays has also expanded the platform’s business-building tools. Advisors can now access searchable resources—including social media content, sales flyers and on-demand webinar training—filtered by destination or type of tool.
Additional functionality includes:
- An option to display or suppress commission information in pricing, making it easier to review quotes with clients in person.
- A robust dashboard that tracks bookings from initial reservation through travel.
New Policies and Brand Identity
Pleasant Holidays has introduced a more advisor-friendly deposit policy. Advisors can now hold reservations for $100 per person (down from $200), plus any applicable hotel or airline fees. Courtesy holds have also been extended from three to five days, giving advisors more time to confirm client decisions.
